本技术于2001年申报了专利,2005年4月8日授予发明专利权,2005年6月22日下发发明专利证书,专利号为:ZL02141758.X,国际专利主分类号C12Q 1/04。
卵黄反应干燥培养基的研制成功,填补了国内外培养基领域的空白,达到了国际领先水平。本产品投放市场后将成为取代目前国际常用的英国oxoid.ltd公司的专利产品“浓缩卵黄乳悬液”(组合培养基B)及所有卵黄反应基础培养基(组合培养基A),成为取代性产品。
卵黄反应干燥培养基的特点:
1)卵黄反应干燥培养基可直接使用,非常方便,免去了传统产品使用前临时配制的繁琐过程。
2)本产品在生产过程中直接高压灭菌,一次性制成,避免了传统产品在临时配制中,因温度或无菌操作不慎等因素导致实验失败所引起的浪费。
3)本产品可多次加热,反复使用,也避免了传统产品不能再次加热使用所引起的浪费。
4)新产品投入使用可节约社会资源65%左右。
5)本产品是标准化工业生产,产品性能稳定,重现性好,避免了传统产品在临时配制时所产生的误差,在实际应用中,检测结果的准确性高。
6)本产品实际上取代了组合培养基A和组合培养基B两种产品。
7)卵黄反应干燥培养基是一个系列产品,通过调整营养成分的配方可繁衍出多个系列产品。
8)目前使用卵黄反应培养基检验的微生物,均为对人体和生物可产生危害的微生物。实际上许多霉菌、细菌也都具有卵黄反应,但由于卵黄反应培养基制配复杂,许多检验方法未采用卵黄反应培养基,“卵黄反应干燥培养基”的研制成功,使得试验过程简单化,随着系列产品投放市场,经过方法学的改进,其应用范围会更加广泛。
9)本产品可实行规模化生产。能使用户的试剂成本降低50%以上。 |

性状:白色结晶性粉未,有吸湿性。本品在无水乙醇中溶解,在氯仿中略溶,在水中几乎不溶。
熔点:本品的熔点(中国药典1990年版二部附录15页)为180.0-185.0℃。待传温液加热至100℃时,将毛细管浸入传温液,使贴附在温度计上,俟温度上升至170℃时,调节升温速度每分钟上升1.0-1.5℃。
比旋度:取本品,精密称定,加氯仿溶解并定量稀释制成每1ml中约含10mg的溶液,依法测定(中国药典1990年版二部附录17页)。比旋度为-131.0°至134.0°。 |
